What can I contribute as an individual.

As a citizen my name is Lance Bulley and I do community sevice for my school and what we have to do is get somthing for the kids that do not have anything for there own and what im going to donate is napkins and little things like that helps and the kids will have somthing to have and I do things like clean the streat to keep the community clean as possicible for a young man like myself thats a good thing doing things other people might not do and do not care about things and whats going.

Do I believe that the media portrays young black students in a positive light? No because all the media want to do is make the black students look bad I am not saying all of the media but most of them and most of the media trys to make the black students look bad and other people stert to look that way and even if you are the same race of that person who rob the store do not make every body that he/she that are in the same race would rob the stores to because someone from there race did.

Do you feel you have grown since the beginning of the year? What are some of the things that caused this to happen? What caused it to not happen?

Do I feel that I have grown since the beginning of the school? Yes i feel like I have grown because the first card marking I was failing and did not care I was getting detentions form left to right and I did not care my mom look at my report card and she was disapointed at so I just started to pay attention in class and the results came and I was happy so was all the teachers and thats why I think that I have grown since the beginning of the school year bad report card into good report card

Who was your most influential teacher?

Who was my most influential teacher? I would have to say my third grade teacher when I was going to corvillve k-5 her name was Ms.Tucker she was nice and she was mean not to me but to the other kids for being bad and talking in the classroom other kids did not like she I knew that she was smart and could answer any question that I would ask and she was a teacher that I could be true to and trust and hide no secrets form her and she loved to have fun and she told me that I can be any thing that I want to be so thats my most influential teacher.

What obstacles stand in the way of enduring relationships?

What obstacles stand in the way of enduring relationships? Thats a nice question to me the first thing I am going to talk about is to stay true to the one that you love being true is a good thing to do thats make sure that the one you love can can believe you at any point and you need the belief of the person that you love or it will just be two people and he/she will lieve you. The second thing is responcibility if you can that care of the things you have you will keep the girl and the being responcible as do not cheat on the woman or the man you love you can go far in the relationship that you have the last step is be a lady or a gentalmen, men do not want a girl that pass gas when they are eating use bad words and thinks that they are all that and a lady do not want a man with no job can not support her and just nasty and have no maners at all so thats what it think the obstacles you need to have.

Does it take courage to sustain a relationship thats the big question do it to me yes for an example this man named Jack and his girl named Cece and what happen to Jack and Cece they had got in a fight and Jack did not want to break up so then 5 days later Jack seen Cece with an nother boy when he was going over her house and Cece and the boy your having sex and when Jack seen that he got mad and wanted to kill them both so then Jack had broke up with her and things were good again but thats what think untill he caught them again and it was all hell and Jack was mad at her but then he had taking her back again and 2 days later he got an text message and it said its over from Cece so thats what I mean when you need caurage in a relationship to keep it alive.

What is a relationship?

What is a relationship thats the big question, to me a reltionship is love between two people let me take you to romeo and juliet that was love when two people care kids now days think that they know every thing but they do not and they just doing things they will regrate in life and to me I think kids my age do not know what love is most boys say that they love the girl that they are in the relationship with and are just trying to have sexs with them I see that alot and thats what hurt the ladys thats and I thinks thats not fare to the ladys and thats what I feel on relationship and I think that teens relationship sometimes are just a big fake.

What I think the poem of Sympathy by Paul Laurence Dunbar mean is that a bird that is locked down and can not go any were as When the sun is bright on the upland slopes
when the wind stirs soft through the springing grass, and the river flows like a stream of glass the bird is missing his/her freedom that it should have and when the bird trys to get away it is just hurting it self and the bird is lonely all alone saying to it self I should be free and then the bird is done caring of his death or being hurt and just beat his own self trying to get out of the cage and know he is free up in the sky looking down on that cage and just wondering and I think a person has the bird as his/her pet and is not taking go care of the bird and need to go to jail for animal abuse and it is not right for that bird to die for no reason and be on lock down in a cage
so that what I think on the poem of Sympathy by Paul Laurence Dunbar the poem made me think so good bye.

Is any unfinished business here?

to me there is finished business because even though his father is dead they believe he will will be back and thats is not going to happen once your dead you are gone the mom can always have him in her thoughs but he is gone when they said that permits a promise of our return at the end i believe that, that is not true there is no return when you dead but she can always have him is her heart and when she said good night he will never come back so thats why i think there is no unfinish business so good night Willie Lee, and sweat dreams thats my thoughs by Lance Bulley.

What I think

What i feel about this is a girl that a girl that did good, somthing happen bad she did not do anything wrong but the people that was drunk did it to a innocent person and that was not fare
that a girl that was thinking she was ok because she did not drink but things happen that why know one should drink and drive she did not do anything wrong went to a party and tried to leave in one peace was not thinking of dying by people drinking an driving it can hurt just not you but all people thats around you in danger.People think it is cool to drink and drive it is not,it is just crazy they are not thinking of nobody else not even theres so if you drink and drive that is wrong to you and to your family by people doing those things they look at the parents so it not cool to drink under age you should be home and do some homework and study and do not play around.

Suppose Romeo and Juliet had not acted so hastily getting married. What effect, if any,would that have had on the play?

If romeo and juliet would of got married it would have been different it probaly would of changed by the two family would of got alone better they would be the best of friends it would ofn been lest fights nobody would have to worry about getting killed people would be nicer and more mature they would share alot of things the whole play would be better and the actors would be different. And you can put it this why getting married so fast can make your family mad.

Could the same thing happen to two teenagers today? Explain why or why not.

Yes it could happen to two teens today because love can happen even if you are only 13 years old if there is a good connection between the both, love can happen it do not matter about your age if two peope love each other it can do well as like I got told a story that two people were in love they were just 13 years old but the mother did not like the fact that her son was in love at a young age and the mother told the son not to see the girl again but the mother never knew that they were still together he told her he was happy and she was to so why break up two happy people so the mother said to him was if he do right not wrong they can stay together and they been staying together sense know he is 25 and if girl is 25 and they are happly married and have two kids that are happy he have a good job and can support his family.

R.C strider is a white man he is a sheriff he is a racist on he do not like blacks at all he call most africans amerrican nigers he was at the trial when the boy got kill he stude up and said you niger better not have any problems in this court room he is a racist sheriff that doo not care for blacks at all R.C is not a good man to be aroundhe have problems with black and they color he thimk he is better than all black and they is not worth any thing to him i am going to be playing his part in the play we are going to do.

How would you have felt as a teen back in the day read about the till murder in the newspaper

I would feel bad reading something that a boy had did and what he had to pay i will feel mad like i do not want to say but i will judge between whites and blacks and hate every thing whites do and what they say its not fare a 14 year old white kid could hit on a black woman but the blacks could not do it back i will be a racist to all whites then what the people in the court did i would not want to line in mississippi because i will want to kill who ever did it it would scare me that a boy my age had got beat up and shot in the head and they just thows him in the water my body would be full of hate i would think about the parents and how mad they are it do not look like he was on vacation i will save the newspaper and show it to all blacks and start something with the kids that hated what they did to that black boy.People should not jugde if it was a white boy he would just got talk to not beat or shot in the head i think it is not fare at all so me i will be vary mad at something like that.

What could Hiram or anyone ,have done to stop a crime

In the Mississippi trials in the part which R.C beat up Bobe was not fare Hiram could stop the fight but he let R.C do what he did to the boy and all he did is just watch it like a show he needed help but all Hiram could do is think of himself than he blame himself when it was all over than it led to when R.C told him that he was going down with a couple of people to talk to Bobo but what happen the boy ended up dead Hiram did the right thing to call the police but he knew they was not going to do any thing Hiram could of stop R.C and he could of follow him to where ever he was going try to talk some sense into his friend.And the police could be more serious in there job as when Hiram told them about what R.C said know they got a murder that should't had happen and the case that should't happen.If the police would have benn more serious with there job it would be a good thing in mississippi back then.

Why do racism exist

Why racism exist I think it is that one thing is color some people do not like the color of an other person if they do not have the same skin color and some people is still on slavery and how the whites use to treat the blacks.And their intelligence level.They pick on your size how big you are and how small you are and racism is on how you look in fasion any thing to bring somone down people hate people for nothing they do not have to know the person hate is just there people should not judge a book by it cover and that what people do if you do not know that person you should not judge him or her they can be a good person but people look at them as someone that should not be on this world. People even judge you on your clothes shoes anything that they can bring you down clothes do not make you you make you and any body can do and learn any thing they put there mine to. So thats what I think about whats going on in this world with racism.
